Hidden Valley Country Club is one of a few private equity country clubs in the State of Nevada. Shortly after incorporation by original founders, William Kottinger, Sr., Delbert Machabee, Emmett Saviers and Link Piazzo, the country club was sold to the membership.

The county club is governed by a board of directors consisting of nine individuals which includes a president, vice president, treasurer and secretary. Each board member chairs a committee, with the golf retail operations under the influence of the golf committee. The general manager reports directly to the board of directors, and the head golf professional, responsible for retail operations, reports to the general manager.
